All custom and made to order items have a 7-10 *business* day turn around time, unless otherwise specified (ie. when I need to order something special to get started or the order contains multiple pieces and/or intricate, time consuming designs - I will notify you in advance if this is the case) When you place an order, you will be give a "ship by" date on your receipt, that is automatically calculated by Etsy based on my stated turn around time in the listing. I am always happy to answer questions and am currently accepting custom orders - you can send me a convo to get started!

I try to accurately depict color and size with my photos - in each listing I provide at least one size reference picture, while some may be zoomed in to show details. Please view all 5 to 10 photos and read measurement information carefully to get the most accurate idea of size - and if you are still unsure or have questions, don't hesitate to contact me, I am very convo friendly and always do my best to respond within 24 hours.

Because handmade, wire wrapped gemstone jewelry is delicate by nature, I now include "Care Cards" with each order to help instruct & advise you on basic cleaning & care practices. More detailed instructions vary by metals and gemstones, so please do contact me if you have questions about how to clean and restore your jewelry.

Every order placed in my shop comes in a sweet, hand decorated gift box, ready for gift giving. If you are purchasing a gift for a special occasion, please do let me know so I can adjust the décor as needed - I have a wide variety of fun themes, colors and designs for my gift boxes and am always happy to customize them! Multiple piece orders will come in as few boxes as possible, unless other wise specified. I now also offer high quality, artisan paper gift wrapping for an additional fee - this option is available during checkout and you are welcome to leave a note with specific requests or directions.

I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible. In the case that you need something before the stated time frame, please contact me *prior* to purchasing to make sure I can accommodate your needs, as many designs I offer are made to order, requiring that I forge each little component from scratch. Much of my business these days also comes in the form of custom work, and I get very busy during the holidays & other gift giving occasions, so if it is not possible for me to rush an order I will tell you upfront.
